We specialise in the student & young professional letting market, however we do cater for residential lettings also.

Having worked within the rental student sector for many years we realise & understand the modern needs of student & young professionals' accommodation.

Our mission is to provide modern, clean and well maintained properties at affordable prices while not compromising on the level of service given both to landlord & tenant.

Prime Property Management was formed because we could see that there was a demand for quality rental accommodation.

We specialise in sought after areas in South Manchester such as Fallowfield, Withington, Chorlton & Didsbury.

All of the properties we manage have all the necessary safety certificates. If it is an HMO property they are in full compliance with government legislation & have the appropriate licenses.

Our aim is to make finding a property and moving in as smooth & stress free as possible.
