Landlord’s can register free with us & we will display all the details of your properties including up to 9 photos. We will get to work immediately marketing your property through our extensive network of partners & we will match tenants who have also registered with us & are on our database. Once we find you tenants we will contact you to arrange a viewing of the property & kick start the letting procedure.
Prime Property Management offers a complete solution to all landlords’ needs. We offer three levels of service at competitive fees and have a large list of waiting tenants at most times.
Due to the increase in new modern apartments it has become more difficult for Landlords to let their properties, resulting in an increase of empty properties, hence landlords not being able to maximise on their investment.
Property Management Service
Prime Property Management offer a full management service which includes property appraisal & advising landlords how to improve the properties condition including decoration & furnishings so that the property is more attractive to let, marketing the property, accompanied viewings, completion of contracts & collection of rents.
Tenant Only Service
Alternatively if a landlord feels that he/she can manage their own property we offer a “find tenant only” service, where we will find tenants for the property & carry out all the necessary paperwork including completing standing order mandates on your behalf.
We can also arrange to have all the necessary safety checks to be done on your behalf.

Property Renovation Service
We also offer a range of property building services including maintenance, repair & renovation.
As we are up to date with all the regulations revolving around the letting & HMO sector we offer advice & can bring the property in line with all the requirements.
If your property is in need of that little bit of attention for example redecoration, new bathroom suite or a kitchen modernisation we can arrange & coordinate all the relevant tradesmen at a reasonable price.
However if the property requires a full refurbishment we will be happy to advise and discuss your individual requirements.
All our contractors are experienced & qualified to high standards. We use a NICEIC approved electrician & a Gas Safe (Corgi) approved engineer.

Things for landlords to consider implementing -
If we are going to manage your property we would advise you as a landlord to implement the actions below to make letting your property more attractive to tenants, also you have a legal obligation to carry out certain works & a care of duty to the tenants. We can advise you of your legal duties & carry out the necessary works & once completed we will organise the safety checks annually.
- Property to be in good clean condition & have modern furniture & furnishings
- Carry out a Gas safety check
- Carry out electrical installation safety check by a NICEIC Approved electrician
- Have Portable appliances tested
- Install smoke alarms
- Fit a Fire blanket manufactured to BS EN3 1996 and a minimum of one 2kg dry powder or carbon dioxide fire extinguisher manufactured to BS EN3: 1996.
- Provide an Energy Performance Certificate
- All furniture & soft furnishings comply with current fire regulations (Fire & Furnishings Safety Regulations 1988)
- Install Security System
- Install Shower
- Organise Emergency Boiler, Gas, plumbing & Electric contractors to be provided (or PPM can supply contractors)
- Arrange Garden maintenance (if applicable)
- Provide quality furniture as stated by Prime Property Management
