You can register free with us so we can keep you up to date with all new properties that match your criteria.

All of the properties we manage have up to date Landlords gas safety certificates carried out by an approved GAS SAFE (Corgi) engineer and Landlords Electrical Certificates carried out by a NICEIC approved contractor which provides great peace of mind for you.

Also if a property is a HMO we ensure that all relevant regulations are adhered to & holds a current license issued by the City Council.

From the moment you secure your new property with us we are on hand to help, therefore making your move as smooth & stress free as possible.

As you may be aware the law changed on April 6th 2007. Any landlord or agent that takes a deposit has to register it with one of three scheme providers. We register your deposit with The Deposit Protection Service (www.depositprotection.com) which is added security for you. Whether you decide to use our company or another agent it is vital that you make sure your deposit is registered, this basically stops any unscrupulous agents charging you for unnecessary decoration bills & repairs etc.
